Suzanne Collins earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from Cedarville University and M.A. in Communication from the University of Dayton. She worked as a corporate trainer for almost a decade before staying home with her children. During her time home, she began teaching public speaking and business writing at Indiana Wesleyan University. From teaching adults, college students, and Academy students, Suzanne is dedicated to helping her students become eloquent and empathetic communicators.

Suzanne and her husband, Jon, live on the northeast side of Indianapolis with their two girls who attend The Classical Academy. They love reading, playing board games, hiking, and being involved in their local church and community.
